We’re thrilled to bring on a Marketing Manager [Performance-Based, Client-Facing] to oversee and create marketing systems, work with clients and Team Victory directly to manage projects and deadlines, and partner with the CEO to make strategic data-driven decisions to increase overall revenue for our clients and therefore improve retention rates and revenue of Victory Points.
You will take ownership for the end-to-end client satisfaction. You will successfully manage the onboarding of all new clients, launch marketing projects, and manage all day-to-day operations and team member assignments. Liaising with internal team members, you will strategize with the clients and then translate plans and requests to the team and ensure all work is delivered as per customer expectations, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and keep tabs on everything at once.
