2024 Winter Cheer Clinic

Who:  Students in grades K-6 

When:  February 7th 6:30-7:45pm, Performance February 8th at the Girls Varsity Basketball game

What: Learn dances, cheers, and stunts and put on a performance for your family! Meet the members of the SHS Cheer Team and receive a camp shirt

 Where: Smithville High School Gym

PRICE:  $30.00 per student.  Please make checks payable to “Smithville Cheer Booster”.  T-shirt is included in the price.  Please remember to write your birthdate and driver’s license # on your check.

Clinic:  Students should wear comfortable attire to the clinic along with tennis shoes.  Also, all students are encouraged to bring a water bottle.

TIMES: Registration begins at 6:15pm on Feb 7th. Students will learn their routines and receive their shirts on this day. Please arrive on time and pick up no later than 7:45pm. 

PERFORMANCE:  The performance will be in the Smithville High School main gym: Thursday, February 8th at halftime of the Varsity Girls basketball game. The game starts at 7:00pm. 5 minutes before halftime meet cheerleaders in the lobby. Performers will receive free admission into the game if they are wearing their shirt!

REGISTRATION:  NOTE:  Only participants that register prior to January 30th are guaranteed a T-shirt in time for the performance.

I understand there is a certain amount of risk associated with any physical activity, such as dancing and cheering.  I will not hold Smithville Public Schools or coaches responsible if my child is injured during this camp. I give my permission for my child to participate in the 2024 Winter Cheer Clinic. I also understand that no refunds are given.
