I, the Client, hereby confirm that I am an authorized Company official and I take sole responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided to Your Listing Expert, ("the Company").

Payments are automatically processed unless Your Listing Expert ("the Company") receives a notice for cancellation. To cancel your account, the Company requires 30 days’ notice, which should be sent in writing to your Account Manager. If your payment date falls within the 30-day notice cycle, a final payment would still be required.

Please note, by signing below, you agree that if we are unable to use the entire budget that's been agreed to for a monthly cycle, that remaining budget will be carried in next month’s cycle unless instructed differently by you.

All changes and communications regarding the Company information, approved material and comments must be sent in writing to your Account Manager.
