This annual award will be chosen from an individual from West Yellowstone and Hebgen Lake Basin geographic area.
This person is a visionary, who is not afraid to become involved, and is generous in sharing their talents and blessings. This person reaches beyond their comfort zone, putting the needs of the community first. These are true humanitarians… teaching, assisting, encouraging in seeing a need, addressing it with courage and confidence.
Much of their work is done on a volunteer basis. Their pay is the satisfaction of a job well done and often only they know what job or good deed they have performed. Even though these people are not interested in recognition from the Community, nevertheless the Community and the West Yellowstone Foundation want to recognize them and say “Thank You”.
