2023 Ontario Lacrosse Sixes Tournament Team Application
Dates: October 7th - 8th
Location: Creditview Sandalwood Park, Brampton

Cost: $625 per team
Fee due with application. Payable by e-transfer (include club name) to treasurer@omfll.com or cheque by mail.

4 Game Guarantee

Each age division will consist of 20 teams max. 23 Players rostered per Team max.
Team rosters due by Sept. 30, 2023.

Team Applications
One Application is required per team entry.  Applications will be reviewed and prioritized by application entry date & time. To ensure opportunity for all clubs to participate, we will be accepting applications for first team entries per age division, followed by second team entries, see schedule below:

August 27th to August 31st Clubs will be able to apply for 1 team entry per age division.  

September 1st to September 15th  Applications will be accepted for additional team entries for all clubs, pending availability in each age division.
