- Meet the requirements of the District 5870 Club Grant Qualification Process.
- Review the District 5870 Career & Technical Scholarship Handbook.
- Propose no more than two scholarship candidates.
- Assign a sponsor for each scholarship candidate. Sponsors will serve as a resource and mentor to the scholar before, during, and after the scholarship period.
