The Utah County 4-H Public Speaking, Demonstrations, & Presentation contest is for youth in all project areas; Livestock, Horse, STEM, FCS, and so forth. Speeches and Demonstrations can be on any topic, however you are encouraged to focus on your area of passion or interest. Rules and guidelines can be found on the Utah 4-H website (https://extension.usu.edu/utah4h/events/state-contests/index). These general rules apply to all project areas, Horse Public Speaking please see the rules under the Horse & Livestock Symposium heading.

Youth in the Intermediate & Senior age divisions wishing to participate at the State Contest MUST participate in this county event in order to qualify.
