The Urbana Black Heritage Festival is a day long celebration of Black Heritage and the contributions of local citizens to the community many of us were born and raised in. The second annual festival will take place on June 15th, 2024 at the Barbara Howell Park in Urbana, Ohio. 

Below is an application for your consideration to join us as a vendor for the festival. Please share details on your business and products or services available in detail to increase chances of your acceptance. All business owners from all ethnic backgrounds are welcome to apply.

I understand that on the day of the event June 15th, 2024 I am responsible for my vendor booth set up at 8:30am as well as the tear down at event end.

I understand that if selected to vend, I will be notified to fulfill the non refundable $75.00 vendor fee. If fees are not paid in full before April 1st the fee will increase to $100.00.
