DURATION
IDS Bingo Board 2022 game commences at 10.00am (GMT+8) on 9 May 2022 and ends 7.00pm (GMT+8) on 31 August 2022. All participants have to submit their final entries to the clinic before 7.00pm (GMT+8) on 31 August 2022.

ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to all persons residing in Singapore who are 18 years of age or older.

If the eligible entrant is under the age of 21, they must obtain consent from their parents or legal guardian before they can participate in the game, and must be accompanied to complete the consent form upon registration at IDS outlets if new to IDS.

ENTRY INTO THE GAME
Entry into the game is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry into IDS Bingo Board 2022 is free.

To participate in IDS Bingo Board 2022, participants can approach any consultants in the outlets.

Participants can create an online account on https://www.ids-group.co/ where they can keep track of their game progression.

Upon creation of your online account: (a) you consent to your email address being added to IDS database and periodically will be sent newsletters from IDS. For the avoidance of doubt, your email address will not be displayed or used for any other purpose; and (b) you will be automatically bound by these terms and conditions.

IDS is not responsible for any late or misplaced square entries.

The time of entry is taken as the time received by any staff members of IDS Clinic or Aesthetics outlets.

Entries that are incomplete or corrupted will be deemed invalid. Only a maximum of 1 game entry per participants will be accepted.

In the event of multiple entries, only the first entry will be taken. No responsibility will be accepted by IDS for corrupted entries.

GAME RULES
 - All squares have to be completed in the year 2022 to qualify as a checked square.
 - To win, complete any 5 squares to form a diagonal, horizontal, or vertical line.
 - Once activity in a square has been completed, approach any consultants to verify and check off the square on your account. The game progression can be tracked on your IDS Group account at any time.
 - A higher number of completed lines entitle you to bigger prize options to be redeemed.
 - Once any square has been checked off, it will remain as a checked square for the rest of the game.
 - Only a maximum of 1 game entry per participant will be accepted.
 - To redeem your prize, approach any consultants. The number of prizes available is limited and will be available for redemption on a first-come-first-serve basis.
 - You can choose to stop at any number of lines at any time to redeem your prize. The game ends when any prize has been collected.
 - Wild Card Of The Month refers to special promotional activities that will change every month and have to be completed within that particular month should participants choose to select it.
 - All currency stated is in Singapore dollars (SGD).

B) 3 to 4 completed lines - 1 session of IDS Aesthetics treatment no more than $250 (Quantity: 80)
C) 5 to 6 completed lines - 1 session of IDS Clinic Laser no more than $500 (Quantity: 60)
D) 7 to 8 completed lines - Choice of 1 IDS Essential Skincare Product with option of 1 session of IDS Aesthetics treatment or IDS Clinic laser (Quantity: 40)
E) 9 to 10 completed lines - Choice of 1 IDS Essential Skincare Product with 1 session of IDS Aesthetics treatment and 1 session of IDS Clinic laser (Quantity: 20)
F) Perfect 12 - $1,200 credits, redeemable at retail price at IDS Clinic, IDS Aesthetics and JYX.shop (Quantity: 20)
G) [BONUS] Any Line with square 12: Purchased at least 1 syringe of Profhilo - Stand a chance to win 1 session of Onda worth $450 (Quantity: 10)

All prizes are sponsored by IDS Skincare International Pte Ltd.

The prizes are based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. IDS accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.

The prizes do not include GST and all taxes payable.

If the prize (or part of the prize) is not available, IDS in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

In the unlikely event that no entries are received before the closing date, the prizes will not be awarded.

The 10 winners of the Lucky Draw Prize will be notified by email after the closing date.

CLAIMING OF PRIZE
All Prizes must be collected in the respective outlets before 7.00pm (GMT+8) on 30 September 2022 or prizes will be forfeited. IDS Skincare accepts no liability for prizes left unclaimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDS Skincare hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the prize or a prize draw.

In the event of any dispute regarding IDS Bingo Board 2022, the decision of IDS Skincare shall be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

IDS reserves the right to cancel IDS Bingo Board 2022 and reject redemption of any IDS Prizes if it reasonably believes that IDS Bingo Board 2022 or any prize is being used unlawfully or illegally.

IDS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on IDS website.

By submitting the completed entries to enter the game, you consent to the storage, use and transfer of your personal data by IDS for marketing and related purposes.
