Palombi Middle School is offering a variety of enrichment clubs. Each is open to all interested Palombi students. There are descriptions of each class written by the teachers who will be running them. All classes meet from 2:20-4:00 p.m. for six weeks, unless otherwise specified. There is a $20 registration fee, and classes that require an additional fee are indicated in the description. You will be emailed a copy of your responses to this form once it is submitted for your future reference. All necessary payments must be made in order for a student to attend any enrichment! 

*Session 4 enrichments will begin the week of April 8th and end the week of May 13th!
*Register your student by completing this Google Form and paying online through MySchoolBucks.com or with cash or check no later than FRIDAY, APRIL 5TH!

Session 4 Enrichment Options:
- Mondays: Gaming Club, Garden Club
- Tuesdays: Gay-Straight/Gender Sexuality Alliance (GSA) (every other Tuesday)
- Wednesdays: Guitar and Piano Lab, Movie Club

Additional Information:
- A minimum of 20 students is required for a class to begin. You will be notified via the email you include on this form if a club is cancelled due to a lack of members.
- Late bus transportation for all after school school enrichments is provided for a fee of $5 per ride.
- Please fill out a new form for each student that you sign up!
- No refunds will be given after a student has been signed up and payment has been made UNLESS there are not enough students signed up for a club! You will be notified via email if this is the case.
