8th Grade Dance - Parent Chaperone Form

The 8th grade dance is coming up on Saturday, May 21st! Mrs. Holden, Mrs. Lund and Mrs. Coogan are looking for parents to help decorate and chaperone!

We need volunteers for the following jobs:

1. Decorate on Friday evening (6pm - ?)
2. Parking lot Traffic Control--Possible umbrella duty for rainy weather. (Saturday 6:30-7:15pm)
3. Food and drink-- Help set up and maintain snack area. (Saturday 6:30pm until end of dance)
4. Dance chaperones and clean up (Saturday 6:30pm - ?)
5. Clean up only ( 9pm until finished)

Only parents who are chaperoning or helping with the dance will be allowed in the building on the night of the dance.
