*Since our campus is absent a kitchen, your chili must arrive in a crock pot able to be plugged in OR still at a temperature warm enough to serve by 2 PM.  Please provide enough chili to serve 1/4 cup portions to up to 20-25 tasters/judges.  A medium sauce pot or standard large pot is typically sufficient.
