You grant us permission to record media (photos and videos and audio) of you and for parents including your child during and only limited to MoveCopenhagen 2019.
 
 We require all participants consent for us to create media with them. We take photos and videos to share with you after the festival (on social media) and to promote the future editions of our event.
 
 Important: We can not exclude individuals from this consent. You will be asked to sign a waiver on site during check-in at the festival.
 
 For families: Due to the new laws on data protection (GDPR), and as children require special protection it is mandatory for us to get approval from a parent to be able to do video and pictures of any child.

Please submit your payment immediately, either via bank transfer or MobilePay (Denmark only). Make sure that MoveCopenhagen receives the full amount.

Mark the payment with your name and ticket type purchased.

Once both this form is filled and the payment is received, we will confirm your payment to the email you have provided. Should you have any questions about the tickets, please write to tickets@movecopenhagen.com.
