Lago Vista ISD is holding an online Pre-K and Kindergarten Round-Up! In order to determine numbers for the 2020-2021 school year, we ask that parents fill out this form for EACH CHILD that they intend to enroll in Pre-K or Kindergarten at Lago Vista Elementary School for the 2020-2021 school year. This form DOES NOT enroll your child. When it is time to enroll, you will still be required to complete the new student enrollment process by providing your child's birth certificate, social security card, up-to-date immunization records, proof of parent identification, proof of residency, and any applicable custodial paperwork.  For more information on this process, please visit http://www.lagovistaisd.net/page/new_registration.

¡Lago Vista ISD está llevando a cabo una ronda en línea de Pre-K y Kindergarten! Para determinar cuántos niños tendremos durante el año escolar 2020-2021, les pedimos a los padres que completen este formulario para CADA NIÑO que tengan la intención de inscribir en Pre-K o Kindergarten en la Escuela Primaria Lago Vista para el año escolar 2020-2021. Este formulario NO inscribe a su hijo. Cuando llegue el momento de inscribirse, aún se le pedirá que complete el proceso de inscripción de nuevos estudiantes al proporcionar el certificado de nacimiento de su hijo, la tarjeta de seguro social, los registros de vacunación actualizados, el comprobante de identificación de los padres, el comprobante de residencia y cualquier otro  papeleo correspondiente de custodia.
