Please be aware, to run through a TCS Charity Partner there are two financial obligations that must be fulfilled.
• A one-time registration entry fee of $255 for NYRR members and $315 for non-members to NYRR. The race fee will be paid by you directly to NYRR, upon race registration, and does not count toward your fundraising minimum. Failure to register with NYRR will disqualify you from running with Reisenbach Philanthropies.
• Successfully meeting the required fundraising commitment, $3,000, for the Bronze Level Charity Partner (Reisenbach Philanthropies). This fundraising commitment level is enforced by NYRR. Guaranteed entry to the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon will only be possible once both payments are completed.
Applications are processed on a first come basis. Once our team spots are filled up remaining applications will be put on a waiting list. If there are dropouts, we will fill them from the waiting list in the order they were received.

FUNDRAISING COMMITMENT: A $3,000 minimum donation paid in full by October 27, 2024 is required to join Reisenbach Philanthropies Runners and receive your bib for entry to run the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon.
Team members are expected to:
1) Create a fundraising profile including a photo of yourself and your reason for running within 30 days of being accepted.
2) Ensure that contribution activity starts within forty-five days of being accepted
3) Meet personal fundraising benchmarks by: July 29 ($650), August 26 ($1,200), September 30 ($2,150), October 27 ($3,000)
On October 27, 2024, the fundraising minimum will be due. On October 27, 2024, your credit card will be billed for any balance due to reach the fundraising minimum of $3,000. A valid credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Amex), in your name and valid through December 2024, must be provided upon acceptance for Reisenbach Philanthropies Marathon Team.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your participation with Reisenbach Philanthropies Marathon Team for the TCS New York City Marathon, waiving your responsibility for the $3,000 minimum, any time on or before August 12, 2024. You must contact Reisenbach Philanthropies' office, in writing, on or before the cancellation date. After August 12, 2024, you are responsible for raising the $3,000 minimum, even if for any reason, including injury, you are unable to run in the marathon. Donations raised and received by our office will not be refunded, even if you cancel before August 12, 2024.

MATCHING GIFT POLICY:
• Many companies match employees’ charitable contributions. Matching gifts will be counted towards your fundraising goal. Reisenbach Philanthropies encourages you to check with your employer to see if your company has a matching gift program, and ask your donors if their employers match gifts.
• It is your responsibility to contact the matching company to ensure the matching gift funds are received by Reisenbach Philanthropies before Monday, October 14, 2024.
• If Reisenbach Philanthropies does not receive the matching gift funds prior to Monday, October 14, 2024, the match cannot count toward your minimum.

• Do not contact NYRR directly to secure your number.
• From the date of your submission of this application until the day following the marathon (November 4, 2024), those selected to run as part of the Reisenbach Philanthropies Marathon Team, cannot advertise or support any other cause unless prior approval is granted by Reisenbach Philanthropies.
• All those selected to run as part of the Reisenbach Philanthropies Marathon Team, give Reisenbach Philanthropies and its official partners permission to use photographs and videos of them for publicity, copyright, illustration, fundraising, advertising, web content, and related promotional purposes.

All those selected to run as part of the Reisenbach Philanthropies Marathon Team, will receive: Reisenbach Philanthropies swag, a Reisenbach Philanthropies Team Tee, invitations to Reisenbach Philanthropies events, fundraising resources and support, including a personal fundraising page, to help you meet your fundraising goal, training guides and coach recommendations.

All those selected to run as part of the Reisenbach Philanthropies Marathon Team are expected to be engaged and responsive to outreach from the Reisenbach Philanthropies Marathon Team administrative staff.
• Complete a post-Marathon questionnaire.
Our administrative staff is available to support you. Failure to participate may indicate your lack of conviction in participating in the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon.

RELEASE FORM AND CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT: In consideration of my accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I have or may hereafter have against Reisenbach Philanthropies and sponsors for any and all injuries suffered by me in said event or arising out of the use of any photograph or recording of me. I further attest and certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for competition in this event, and a licensed medical doctor has verified my physical condition and that I have all rights necessary for Reisenbach Philanthropies to use and allow others to use all photographs and other materials I furnish to it without any fee or other cost whatsoever. I agree to pay the $3,000 fundraising minimum, and the NYRR registration fee, separate from the fundraising requirement. I agree to collect the fundraising minimum $3,000 for guaranteed entry from Reisenbach Philanthropies by October 27, 2024.If I have not reached the minimum in sponsorships by that date, I will be personally responsible for the balance owed. I understand that unless I cancel by August 12, 2024, Reisenbach Philanthropies reserves the right to bill the balance I owe to my credit card on October 27, 2024.
