Community Consultation 2023

The Octagon Centre opened in 1995 and since that time has been managed by the Trustees and Management Committee of the Brook Farm Community Association. The aim of the BFCA is to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Poolbrook and surrounding areas of the town of Malvern.

We currently offer a number of different sessions at The Octagon which are: a Community Pantry; a Community Café; the Thursday Project (an after-school club for primary aged children and their grown-ups) and a Youth Club. These sessions are organised/run by two members of staff and a small but willing group of volunteers. Other activities taking place that are run by different Groups/Organisations are: Malvern Green Space Community Hub, the Tuesday Coffee Shop; the Joy Project; Zest for Life; Non-Violent Communication and Women’s Circle.

We want to make the best use that we can of The Octagon and ensure that what we do is of benefit to as many members of the local community as possible. To this end, would you please take a few minutes to fill in and return the survey below - Thank You.
