Leaders in Partnership Spring 2024 Community Partner Registration Form
East London Business Alliance (ELBA) is excited to open applications for the next cohort of Leaders in Partnership, a programme of support designed to strengthen the leadership and management of the charity and not for profit sector in east London.

We recognise that the health and success of the third sector depends on the quality of leadership. Managers and directors have to operate in an increasingly business-like environment, with senior management taking on responsibility for fundraising, staff management, service delivery, board development, HR, marketing and much more.

Leaders in Partnership is a tried and tested programme that offers a support mechanism to busy leaders and managers. By pairing them with a peer in the corporate sector, the programme enables them to tackle key issues, have access to a supportive sounding board and be coached to reach their diverse goals. The 1–1 confidential relationship is designed to develop the capacity, performance and self-confidence of the community partner.

The Spring 2024 Leaders in Partnership programme is open to leaders and managers in community organisations based in any of the East London borough. It is best suited to those that have worked in the third sector for at least five years, and have responsibility for a programme, team of people, or organisation. Volunteers will be senior leaders from across ELBA's member companies.

If you are interested in taking part, please fill in the form below in as much details as possible.

The closing date for applications is Monday, 29th January 2024 - early applications recommended.

However spaces are limited and interviews will be offered on a rolling basis so early applications are encouraged! Please note that completing this form does not guarantee a space on the programme.
