Event Date: Sunday, September 1, 2024
Event Hours: 11:00am-5:00pm
Application Deadline: August 1, 2024 (Vendor Space Locations are first-come, first-served.)
Load In: Sunday, September 1, 2024, 7:00am-10:00am (You will be preassigned a vendor location.)
Load Out: Sunday, September 1, 2024, following event close at 5:00pm. Early tear down is NOT permitted.

GENERAL:
  • Only the items listed on your application and approved prior to the festival may be sold at the event.
  • The event is rain or shine. We do have September 2nd as a back-up for major weather situations. No refunds will be issued.
  • Limited electricity is available in certain locations upon request on a first-come, first served basis. Vendors will be responsible for their own connection to it.
  • Please keep a copy of these instructions for future reference.
  • If you need the ability to accept credit cards, visit www.squareup.com, or use a similar service.
  • No concessions type food may be sold from your vendor area, but packaged products are welcome.
  • No bottled water, soda or alcoholic beverage may be sold from your area.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents with appropriate weights for wind, tables, and chairs.
  • All vendors are required to maintain a clean, safe working area.
  • Vendors are prohibited from selling counterfeit items, unlicensed merchandise, guns, ammunition, alcohol, drug paraphernalia, or any merchandise that the festival organizers, at their sole discretion, considered discriminatory, derogatory, or offensive.
  • This event does not accept political-focused organizations as vendors.
  • Vendors are responsible for disposing of all trash in the nearest trash receptacle. We ask that you leave your assigned area in the same, or better, condition as when you arrived for setup. (Additional charges could apply if your assigned area is unkept, trashed or damaged).
  • Vendors must provide their own insurance for your merchandise and equipment.

SETUP: 7:00am-10:00am, Sunday Morning
  • All vendors must arrive between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM
  • You will be directed by event staff as to your exact vendor location
  • All vendors must be complete with setup and all vehicles removed from event footprint by 10:15 AM.
  • Parking pass and event tickets will be provided to the vendor upon arrival.
PAYMENT:
  • Vendors will be invoiced following the submission of this contract. Payment must be made within 30 days of dated invoice, and must be in the form of a check (payable to Pinehurst Barbecue Festival) or Credit Card
ADVERTISING:
  • Any vendors wishing to advertise must do so at their own expense.
  • Vendors are encouraged to link, invite followers and @ tag to the festival’s social media - links will be provided
GENERAL TERMS:
  • Vendors may not vacate the festival prior to the official closing time on Sunday.
  • Vendor spot is not guaranteed until this document is signed and payment received
