1. The user acknowledges that the beta testing version is an early version of the WatchAd app, and agrees to test the functionality and usability of the WatchAd App. Upon request of WatchAd, the user agrees to provide feedbacks and opinions to WatchAd regarding user experience during the beta testing program. The user agrees in encounter or engage of any bugs, malfunction, or any problems that affects user experience or the proper function of the app, the user will report the issue to WatchAd.
2. The user acknowledges that WatchAd grants the beta tester a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the beta version of the WatchAd app. WatchAd remains the control and final decision of the in app content, access and other app related decisions. WatchAd has the right to terminate or suspend the beta testing program, user account, payout process or other in-app content anytime.
3. The user acknowledges that WAD is the only available payout option during the beta testing program.
4. The user acknowledges that the email, phone number and wallet address will be whitelisted only for the beta app. Which means during the beta testing program, the beta tester need to register with the whitelisted phone number, and payout with the whitelisted wallet address. Any violation (eg. register with different phone number/ payout with a different wallet address) will lead to unsuccessful payout during the beta testing program.
5. In any chance WatchAd need to terminate beta testing program; or clear the beta user’s account data; or estimated balance of the beta tester, during or after the beta testing program, WatchAd will transfer the remaining balance (in WAD) to the whitelisted wallet address. The user acknowledges that service fee and transaction fee also apply in the above case, and also acknowledges that the estimated balance might not be the exact amount that the user will receive. WatchAd remains the final decision regarding the final payout amount.
6. The user may not rent, lease, (re)sell or (re)distribute the beta tester qualification or account to any other parties. The user may not use the beta product for developing a competitive application, product or services, (or contract with a third party to do so), or remove or alter any of the logos, trademark, patent or copyright notices, confidentiality or proprietary legends or other notices or markings that are on or in the Beta app.
7. The user acknowledges that in discover of any violation to the beta terms, the account will be suspended and will not receive any payout, compensation or reward. The user must comply to any rules or regulations applicable to the users region. WatchAd does not bear any responsibility upon any personal illegal use of the beta product or any transferred token.
8. The user acknowledges that this term starts automatically at the date that beta testing program starts and terminates automatically at the date that the beta testing program ends. WatchAd has the final call of all decision making. All copyrights belongs to WatchAd Technology Limited 2022.
