2021 Exhibitor Application/Signed Terms and Conditions Document
 
Creative Grounds Fine Arts Academy is hosting the first annual Christmas Celebration of the Arts at Creative Grounds Fine Arts Academy - Studio One at the Greenwood Park Mall. Our theater space is the perfect location as it is by the main entrance to the mall right by the fountain in the Lifestyle Wing (outside near Bar Louie's, BJ's and Cheesecake Factory). Creative Grounds is a nonprofit youth mentorship program that produces quality youth theater productions. Proceeds from this event will be used to support the mission of Creative Grounds Fine Arts Academy which is to build individuals up by fostering relationships and growing artists.  We hope that you will join us to help make this celebration a success!  Please complete the application below and feel free to share with other crafters and vendors who may be interested in participating.
 
We will follow up with a link for payment if approved. ($60 per table, $30 for students)
Payment Due in Full by no Later than November 28th, if approved a link will be sent for payment.
