It is our pleasure to offer you Islamic Nikah, marriage, services following the Book of Allah, The Qur'an and the life example of the Prophet Muhammad, Peace be upon him.

We conduct the marriage services for those interested to get married Islamically in the Rocky Mountain and Denver Metro area.

Islamic Marriage requirements: to conduct and fulfil an Islamic marriage ceremony and contract, there are some conditions need to be met. All the below conditions need to be fulfilled. Please explain if any of the following is not possible.

Vows: Offer & Acceptance (Ijaab and Qubool) of Marriage during the Marriage Ceremony between guardian and groom in presence of bride and witnesses.

Two Male Muslim Witnesses: For the Nikah, there has to be a minimum of two Muslim male witnesses that can attest to the fact that both the bride and groom say, “I do” or “Proposal and Acceptance" Ijaab and Qubool” from their own free will and without any force from family members or anyone else. They also conditions and details of promises done in the contract.

Mahr: The Mahr is an obligatory gift from the groom or party of the groom specifically to the bride. It is something of value and can be a lump sum of money, gold or jewelry, or anything the bride wishes. The The Mahr is also symbolic of the responsibility the man has for providing for and taking care of his wife.

Wali: The Wali is the father or guardian of the bride who “gives away” his daughter. The Wali gets the consent from the bride—he does not give it on her behalf without asking her. If the father is deceased or there is some reason that he cannot “walk her down the aisle,” so to say, then another male guardian or relative can take on that role. The Imam or Judge may also serve as the Wali for the Muslim woman whose guardian is a non-Muslim.

Kafa'ah: Kafa'ah means that the bride and the groom have to be Muslims. A muslim male can marry a chaste and practicing Jewish or Christian woman. A muslim woman has to marry a Muslim man

Marriage License: For smooth logistics, couples should obtain marriage licens, which can be obtained through local Colorado county office. Example: https://www.arapahoegov.com/318/Marriage-License

We acknowledge that we are free from all serious infectious diseases such as AIDS, leprosy, hepatitis and other diseases that prevent marriage.
