Band Fees Payment
As we approach 2023 / 2024 school year we wanted to give family's the option of paying fees early and over the summer break. This will take the burden off during other busy times of the year.

This year there will be a necessary uniform purchase that we would like everyone to make before we start the new school year. It will be a Jump suit that the kids will often wear in replace of wearing the heavy overcoats every performance. This is only an option if everyone purchase the jumpsuit so we are uniformed in appearance. You will see it as a line item below

KHS Band Program Fees

(Mandatory) Band Warm Up Uniform: Due August 4th Paid in full
-$120 (pays for sweat jacket and sweatpants; to add name/section
leader $10) 


Band Members: Due Date Dec 1st paid in full

Band Fee: $115 (pays for t-shirt, gloves, spats, and bag as well as food at home football games,
award banquet, transportation)

Band Shoes: $30, (Marching shoes are ordered at Band Camp and the first week of school as
needed for each student)

Percussionist: Due Date December 1st Paid in Full
Additional $20 added to the standard $115 band Fee


Colorguard Members:

Colorguard Fee: $30 (pays for t-shirt, uniform, guard tape, and guard supplies) 
Colorguard Warm Up Uniform: $120 (pays for sweat jacket and sweatpants; to add name/section
leader $10) 
Colorguard Shoes: $30, (Colorguard shoes are ordered at Band Camp and the first week of
school as needed for each student) 

Dance Members:

Dance Fee: $30.00
Dance Warm Up Uniform: $120 (pays for sweat jacket and sweatpants; to add name/section
leader $10) 
Dance Shoes: $30.00

Payments of custom denominations available anytime through the form under the Band Fees Section.


Fees Paid to Front Office Kathleen High School
Uniform/Dry Cleaning Fee: $60; Payable to Kathleen High School Front Office
Instrument Rental: $25.00 per semester, ($50 total) if student uses a school owned instrument.

Wind Breaker (Mandatory Uniform) Will be worn to events when full uniform is not required. Students owns uniform once purchased
Wind Breaker Option - You can have your name printed on the front right. We will only print Real Names or Leadership Roles. ( No Nicknames)
Band Shoes - Required if you did not purchase Band Shoes on your own. One time fee of $30.00
