DC Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) is responsible for issuing licenses and permits, conducting inspections, enforcing building and housing codes, regulating land use and providing consumer education/advocacy services. DCRA is soliciting feedback from its clients in the Asian American and Pacific Islander Community. This will help DCRA continue to improve its services and provide better customer experiences.
