THE VISION
New York City. The largest US city by more than double. Home to over 1 million young adults between 18-24 and the largest foreign born population of any city in the world. It is the concrete jungle, where dreams are made of, making NYC and its surrounding area one of the world’s best training grounds and places for vision and impact. If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere and truly can change the world.
In an effort to bring revival and build the future of the church we started a City Campus Region of the NYC church in Fall 2021. We have seen a healthy Biblical ministry culture built, deep relationships developed, multiple people raised up into the ministry and the gospel changing many people's lives.
In 2024 we want to see God take it higher. We have a tremendous team of Campus Ministers. However, with so many colleges and parts of the NYC metro area to reach, we are praying that God will call other men and women here to join our team and excel our progress. Young men and women who will have a huge impact and be taken to a greater place in their faith, spirituality and leadership.
We believe that God is doing a new thing in New York City and the surrounding area. We dream of a day when every college campus in NY and NJ has heard the gospel preached. Where young people from all walks of life are coming into Jesus’ Kingdom with a passion to build it and bring it to this influential city. We are already seeing God working in incredible ways and believe that with your help he can do even greater things. Come and be a part of it.

THE PLAN
You would be focused on:
Eagerly growing and going after training
Evangelizing the Campuses and young adults in that area
Encouraging and strengthening the Campus disciples there
Engaging with planning and running events and services
Equipping and edifying through preaching and teaching
We are looking for people who have experience already leading Bible Talks, discipling others and leading studies, but still want more training and experience.
For Training and Support you would join:
Weekly Campus Leaders Meeting
Regular Discipling and D-groups
Join NYC School of Mission classes and other staff meetings.
We would focus on helping you grow in your:
Character, Spirituality and Faith
Effectiveness with the mission
Ability to build a healthy ministry culture
Relational leadership
Training others
Much more
-We are offering Full-time, part-time and volunteer intern positions, including reimbursements.
-We will do our best to assist with affordable housing in the area you will be serving as needed.
-We are open to onboarding new people any time in the year, although our program will fully begin June 1.
-Length of internship will vary from person to person, with evaluations every 4 months.
-We hope that some internships will develop into a full-time ministry staff position.
THE PROCESS:

Get a response from us within about 2 weeks.
If moving forward, have an in-person or zoom interview
Hear a response within about 2-3 weeks.
