MAP New Chapter Application

If you become a MAP chapter, your group will be expected to:
1. Have at least 1-2 chapter representatives sign up for the MAP chapter listserv.
2. Fill out end-of-the-term questionnaires.
3. Hold at least one event reaching out to undergraduates during the academic year.
