Any high school boy wishing to play on a Regent team in the Spring of 2021 MUST complete this form by January 15th to be considered for team placement-- **by filling out this form, you are indicating that you plan to participate with Regent SC this spring.** Offers to specific teams will be sent out in February and you will be alerted with details about the season and instructions on registering.

The Regent High School Program will include:
1. Teams will play in the Regent Blue Program within Madison Area Youth Soccer Association (MAYSA) if league play is allowed by Public Health Dane County. The HS boys' season is scheduled to run from May 3 - June 28 -- training will begin 2-3 weeks prior.

2. We generally keep classmates together on our teams. We generally allow all players interested to participate as numbers allow.

3. Our programming is two sport and other activity friendly -- players attend as many trainings as possible but are not penalized for missing. We have a variety of skill levels and compete fairly well in the HS leagues every season.

4. General fees -- please be prepared to register and pay registration fees by early February

--> $150 registration fee in Demosphere

--> $260 for coaching and ref fees

--> Around $50 for uniform pieces (your player can re-use their uniform if they played on a Regent Soccer Club High School team last year.)
