Payments made after the first week of each month will have a $5.00 late fee.
  • If a student's payment is more then 45 days past due, student will not be permitted to attend classes until paid in full.
  • No credits will be given for missed classes. If we need to close for COVID related issues or snow closures, we will have virtual classes and cost will remain the same for classes.
  • I am aware there may be risk involved or possible injuries that may occur during class time or while at studio. I understand and agree that On Stage Performance and its staff will assume no responsibility for injuries or medical expenses incurred by my child or myself while in class, on the property or at an OSP event at the studio or other locations.

ALL Dancer's must attend class with the following
• Leotard • Appropriate dance shoes • Footless or conversion tights • No oversized or baggy clothes • Hair pulled back from face • Ages 12+ NEEDS skin colored body suit for recital.
• Dance shoes are not to be worn outside. Dance shoes need to be carried in a bag; No Cell phones are to be used during class time On Stage Performance has a red star chart for bad behavior such as: Not wearing proper attire or shoes, Stealing, destruction of property, Foul language, Being disrespectful, Lack of participation
• No chewing gum.
•Students who get multiple red stars and continue with bad behavior may be asked to sit out a week or be expelled.


If your child has a fever or is sick, we expect a parent to pick them up immediately. I release OSP from any liability for exposure or medical expenses due to COVID-19 or other medical exposures. Please do not bring your child if they are sick or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
We will dismiss students out the front and/or back of building. We will have a staff person stand at the door during dismissal.
We use a reward system for our Tiny Toes Class. Students who follow directions will receive a piece of wrapped candy at the end of their class. Students who misbehave will not be rewarded.
Photos and/or videos taken during class or at an OSP event may be used for promotional or advertisement purposes.

We use a variety of music including religious songs during class times and in the end of the year performance.
Restrooms are for the use of our OSP Dancers only during their class times. Restrooms are not available for siblings or parents.

All merchandise purchased (Costumes, shoes, clothing, pictures, DVD's, etc.) from OSP need to be picked up within 30 days of arrival. Any items remaining after 30 days will become the property of OSP.
On Stage Performance is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Names should be on inside of shoes.
If a student misses more than 4 consecutive weeks without contacting OSP they will no longer be enrolled.

If your child takes the last class of the evening and you arrive more than 5 minutes late you will be charged a $10 fee and for each additional 5 minutes will have an additional fee of $5.00.
Parents who wish to talk to instructor may contact the studio by email or text. Instructors are not able to speak to parents during class times
Ballet/Acrobatics combo class on Wednesday evenings 6:00-6:30pm. Classes will begin February 1st. Classes will be held on Wednesday evening beginning February-May. Total cost $250.00 this total includes (cost of lessons, costume for recital, tights and hair accessories for recital).

Your dancer will need to purchase pink ballet slippers, leotard and tights for classes (this is not included in your $250 fee).
