        NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2022 Annual Meeting of the members of Riveredge Nature Center, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, will be held at Riveredge Nature Center, 4458 County Hwy Y, Saukville, Wisconsin, at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 28, 2022.  The business to be transacted at the Annual Meeting includes receipt of reports of the President, the Executive Director, the Treasurer, and election of directors for the coming year.  

       Nominees for election to the Board of Directors for an initial three-year term are W. Scott Leedom, JD, Mark Repenshek, PhD, and Ryan C. Reigle.  Additionally, Liz Stueck-Mullane, a Board Member, has been nominated to serve as Secretary of the Board.
