October Half Term Holiday Club: Football in the Community

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Please be aware that our Holiday Club is now £20 per participant.

  • We are now taking online payments and participants who wish to attend our course must book through this booking form. Payments MUST be paid in advance to confirm your place. Your booking will not be confirmed unless you have prepaid. Once booked on this form, a member of staff will send you an invoice within 7 days of booking, via the email provided (Make sure it's correct!)

  • Registration forms can be downloaded from this form or filled in on the day. For new participants / participants who did not attend over the summer must fill out new registration forms. We also have a new Terms & Conditions which includes a new 3 strike system for late pick ups and behaviour. 

  • You will get a confirmation email through the Google automated system (check your junk folder!) and an invoice will be sent to you ASAP. Please do not worry if you haven't received an invoice yet, it will be on it's way
