Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Information you provide will be utilised by the NSW Sports High School Association to ensure's its member High Schools are providing sporting programs that are best practice nationally and aligned with the NSW Sport High Performance Pathway.

This has been a unique year for our Sports Programs due to the implications of COVID 19. We are aware that this may impact on your responses.
