As parent or Legal Guardian of above mentioned athlete I approve and allow said athlete to participate in jo vball and training sessions knowing the risks of playing individual and team sports.  I release Playmaker Sports Academy and all hired instructors/coaches of all liability of any accidents or injuries that could occur while participating in the sports camp or training sessions.

All Delta Region volleyball Athletes have to have a delta region membership to participate in the JO Season.  Please use the steps below to purchase your athletes membership.  You will be playing for Playmaker Sports Academy-White river Juniors Club.

Our Club uses the SportsEngine App for reminds and team communication.  Please download the SportsEngine app now and I'll will activate each player later and then you will see announcements and info.  
Do you need a scholarship application sent to you?

We know travel sports can cause a financial hardship so we do have a scholarship fund created from donations and fundraisers.  We do want each athlete and parent to be invested in their commitment to team so we only give out partial or half scholarships.  Once all applications are received and we total the need for this season then scholarship amounts will be determined based on how much we can provide from the fund.  If you are a business or individual that would like to donate to help fund an extra opportunity for an athlete please let us know.

Payments- Please let us know which payment plan you need.  We will send invoices Wed. for the first payment of $250.  You will be required to pay within 24 hrs. unless you reach out to me with explanation.  With uniforms needing to be ordered and paid for so we have to get payments in a timely manner.  We appreciate your understanding.  

Player Dues cover expenses for the season such as Tournament Fees, Uniforms, Coaches Pay, Facility Fees.  We understand these extra opportunities come at a cost but believe this investment in your athlete will bring not only player growth but also life lessons that will also bring character growth.  We opened Playmaker Sports Academy to help athletes experience these extra opportunities closer to home but we have to have player fees to cover these expenses.  Please be considerate of when player dues are to be paid so we can make sure all event fees can be paid in timely manner so we make sure to get into the events and not put on waiting lists.
