Dear parents,

We are pleased to inform you that After School Care at ISU will be available from 26th August 2024 until 2nd July 2025.

Complete this form if you have a child in Grade 1-5 who you would like to sign up for 4 weeks of After School Care during 24/25.
If you have more than one child at ISU, please submit a separate form for each child according to their grade level for the 2024/2025 school year.

With this form you are signing up your child for 4 school weeks ASC starting the following Monday.

For additional information please refer to the After School Care @ ISU information template, which is available on our website.

Please note that the deadline to sign up for 4 weeks ASC is always until end of day Thursday for ASC starting the next Monday.
