This FREE two day event will be split into two parts - Friday night viewing the documentary Anxious Nation and Saturday listening to speakers and having interactive break out workshops.

Here is information about the film, Anxious Nation:

Anxious Nation reveals the epidemic of anxiety and explores why we are such an anxious nation. The film lifts the shroud of shame around mental health while giving insights into how anxiety shows up in our kids' lives, impacts families and what parents' contributing role may be. The filmmakers offer insights into how we got here and what we can do to harness anxious energy for good.

Saturday

We will have opportunities for you to hear main speakers and attend break out sessions based on age/affinity groups:

Middle & High School Youth

Young Adults/College Students/Professionals

Parents/Caregivers/Youth Workers/Community Members

Each main session will include a Q&A of our speakers from the audience.

Lunch (a choice of vegetarian or meat Taco plate) will be available to be purchased for $10 on the day of the event.
