This form is to register your child for HOPE's After School Program. We will be accepting children from 1st-5th grade. If there is interest, we may accept middle schoolers in the future. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with a registration packet that must be filled out before the start date. You will also receive further information regarding tuition payments, and enrichment classes for the year. Limited pick up will be available for Daly City. If you require pick up from other cities, please let us know and we can try to work something out. From September to December, we will be offering Music and Art on Monday and Wednesday, and Chess and Math on Tuesday and Thursday. Fridays will be a flexible day when we may play group games, watch movies, reading comprehension, etc.This year, space is limited, we will have a maximum of 30 children.
