2023 Safe Horse Project            Trainer Application

This form is to be used for all Professional, Amateur and Youth Trainer applications for any program sponsored by The Safe Horse Project. You must be over 23 years of age to apply as a Professional Trainer.  You must be 19 years or older to apply as an Amateur Trainer. Youth applicants must be between 13-18 years old, and training under the supervision of a qualified adult trainer as outlined on the website. A few exceptions to age limits may be allowed as described on the website.
