The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the corporation and shall preside as chairman over all meetings for the Board, Executive Board, and regular and special meetings of the corporation. The President shall direct all official business, supervise all activities and be the official representative of the corporation. The President shall also delegate such duties as may be appropriate to better serve the corporation and maintain liaison with the national B.A.S.S. corporation. The President shall be a non-voting Director, except that he or she shall cast the deciding vote on issues that result in a tie when voted on by the other members of the Board or Executive Board. The President shall be a signatory on all corporation accounts to conduct financial transactions in an emergency or at the request of the Secretary or Treasurer.

Nominees for President must have served on the board for at least one year.

No member of the Board accepts any compensation for his or her efforts, with the exception of a $50 stipend or discount for fulfilling an official role at a qualifying tournament.

Term begins November 1, 2019, and ends October 31, 2020.
