Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 14th Annual SJ5K event, set to kickoff on Sunday, May 5th, 2024.  Please follow the instructions and complete the form below.  

To become a sponsor of the 2024 SJ5K:
     1) Review the sponsorship tiers below.
     2) Complete and submit this form.
     3) Write your check, made payable to "SJ5K Foundation" and mail via snail mail to:

Platinum Sponsor:  $2,000+ Financial Contributor
     *10 complimentary coupon codes for race registration
     *Signage at event tables and race base

Gold Sponsor:  $1,500-$1999 Financial Contributor
     *5 complimentary coupon codes for race registration
     *Signage at water stations and mile markers

Silver Sponsor:  $1,000-$1,499 Financial Contributor
     *3 complimentary coupon codes for race registration
     *Signage along the race course

Bronze Sponsor:  $250-$999 Financial Contributor
     *2 complimentary coupon codes for race registration
