Reminder: If you are planning to attend this field trip, you need to be fingerprinted and have a current TB test. If you have Gravenstein for a few years and had this done, you do not need to redo it. Fingerprinting forms can be picked up in the Gravenstein Office. Please do not wait to get this done as it may take awhile to get an appointment. No parent can attend an overnight field trip unless they are fingerprinted and have had a TB test. Please have the fingerprints and TB test completed by December 1st.
Please be sure you have completed the Driver Form on Schoolwise and uploaded your Driver's License and Auto insurance policy. Make sure the the policy shows the coverage amounts as well as expiration date.
