Welsh Junior orienteering coaches, Mark Saunders and Alice Bedwell have offered to put on a free orienteering taster session for us accompanied by some coaching and training exercises suitable for all abilities - parents more than welcome to join in. This will be held on an area called Gwanas about 10 miles from Abergynolwyn - just to the east of the Cross Foxes inn - by the Jct of A487 and A470. Starting at 9:30 for about 3 hours.
