Please join us for a workshop on teaching Generation Z students!
Join Dr. Michelle Boettcher, TeachingForward Fellow, from 9am to 10:30am in the Brown Room (4th floor) of Cooper Library.

Generation Z is described in many ways when it comes to academic interactions, technological savvy, involvement, engagement, etc. This session is designed to facilitate interactions between students and faculty outside of the formal classroom setting. The dialogue will provide new insights to faculty about the Gen Z students in their classes.

As a result of this session, participants will:
Have a clearer understanding of who Gen Z students are.
Engage with Gen Z students to learn about their expectations of faculty.
Learn about different teaching strategies that are more effective (or less effective) based on the insights of Gen Z students themselves.
