I believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that He died on the cross to pay the eternal death penalty that I deserve.  I have asked Jesus to forgive me of my sins and I have committed to follow Him as my Lord and Leader.

I desire to obey Jesus' command to be baptized in water "in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit" (Matthew 28:19).

I understand that my baptism does NOT mean that I am becoming a member of Journey Church.  Rather, my baptism is another step in my continual growth and walk with God.
