Please complete this Course Request Form to select your courses for the 22-23 school year at GVSA. Students will select courses on this form ONLY to ensure students are enrolled in the best course placements for academic success.

Core requests will be reviewed by administration.

Elective requests are NOT guaranteed. As we continue to align our CTE and PLTW courses with our feeder high schools, we may offer additional or different CTE courses next year.

If a Course Request Form is not completed, school administrators will select courses for the student for the 22-23 school year.

Parents will receive a printed copy of student course selections to review, sign, and return. All course requests must be signed and returned by Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
