Upward Bound will not process incomplete applications. When all of the items listed below have been completed and it is determined that the student qualifies for the program, an interview will be conducted. After interviews have been completed for all qualified applicants, the applicants will be reviewed and the new students will be notified by UB staff of their admission or non-admission into the Upward Bound program at Ranger College.
