Reporting hours is important.
As a 501c (3) organization, we are required to report our volunteer hours to maintain our federal tax exempt status.
Your volunteer hours include all participation in supporting PTA events and activities. This includes time spent at meetings, preparing for meetings, communicating (by email, text or phone), attending trainings, travel time -- even just time spent thinking of PTA things!
We track hours beginning with the start of our fiscal year, July 1, for the next school year. Please use this form to report your hours.
