By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms:
A. Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are not allowed to replicate, mass produce, sell, use the artwork for advertising, merchandise, marketing, or personal profit. If you are interested in commercial work, please specify this in the order form and we can further discuss details and pricing.
B. Feel free to edit, post, or print the commission for your own use, as long as you do not claim the work as yours. Please provide proper credit when posting on social media and when using the artwork as banners or icons.
C. Using commissioned artworks for NFT purposes or as a basis for creating, training, or developing artificial intelligence (AI) systems or algorithms for the purpose of generating or replicating similar artworks is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
D. Payments can be made through PayPal (USD) and GCash or bank transfer (PHP).
E. Commissions will be done in the art style chosen.
F. There will be additional fees for complex elements and detailed backgrounds.
G. Minor revisions are free of charge, but any major revisions that deviate from the rough sketch will incur a fee.
H. No cancellations or refunds after payment.
I. I have the right to refuse or decline a commission.
J. Should any unforeseen event cause a delay with the commission, I will make sure to inform you immediately.
K. I retain all copyright over my work. I am free to modify, use the artwork as part of my portfolio, or post the commissioned work on my social media pages, unless otherwise agreed upon by both artist and client.
