Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid Registration
Registration form for any courses being held with Mindful Mutts (PLEASE READ ENTIRE AGREEMENT)

General Information (please read right through)

What to Bring:

1) Wear comfortable clothing that you can layer on and off
2) Bring paper and pen/pencil
3) Breaks will be offered for fresh air, lunch, or to grab a beverage. We do not have a refrigerator at this time, there are places to eat nearby.
4*) Dogs are welcome if registered ONLY and there is a 2 dog per class maximum. Dogs must be relatively calm, quiet, and sociable with dogs/people. We reserve the right to send any dog home if they are felt to be disruptive or unsuitable for the dynamics of the class or if the dog was not previously registered.  While we cover cat first aid as well, we regret cats are unable to attend class since the dogs become too excited.  Vaccinations (or titre tests) must be up to date, and temperament of the dog must be appropriate for hands on learning so as not to cause the dog discomfort. Dog registration can be found in the registration form as you go through it.
5) Classes require 6 confirmed (paid) registrations to run, and Mindful Mutts reserves the right to cancel if there is a lack of registrations, extreme weather conditions or illnesses with a min 48 hours notice without refunds. Credit for future class will be given and must be used at a class held by Mindful Mutts ONLY within 90 days.

*Please note Walks ‘N’ Wags and Mindful Mutts assume no liability should damage or injury be caused  to or by your dog.  You will be assuming all responsibility*
 
Cancellations: No refunds, credits for future classes may be possible if you let us know you can’t make the class you are registered for within 7 days prior to start date, good for 6 months ONLY.  Cancellations made with less than 7 days to course date subject to a $50  administration fee upon new course date registration, good for 6 months ONLY.
