Thank you for your interest in Oklahoma citizen-led signature collection for initiative petitions. As part of the collective work to build the capacity of grassroots organizations doing advocacy work in Oklahoma, we are collecting information about the signature gathering phase for state questions in Oklahoma. This form collects your contact information, asks you to estimate your level of participation, identifies barriers to participation and gives you the opportunity to ask questions.

This survey is a partnership project of The Oklahoma Alliances, The Oklahoma Direct Democracy Team, The Oklahoma Civic Engagement Table, and Raise the Wage Oklahoma.
