Calling all Trunks!
Halloween is just around the corner and we can't wait to celebrate! We hope that this year's Trunk-or-Treat will be the best one yet, and for that we need YOU! 

Our Trunk-or-Treat is a safe and fun family-friendly environment for all to bring their children to celebrate Halloween. Trunk sponsors will decorate their vehicle trunk and hand out goodies. Awards will be given for best dressed trunks, so let's have some fun and be creative!

Registration Fee - $20
Registration Fee secures your spot, enters you into the Trunk Decoration Contest, and includes candy refill if needed. (Candy Refill amount is dependent on number of vehicles that register and candy donations collected)

RULES, GUIDELINES, & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Vehicle set up begins at 9:45am; Please enter Ahern Blvd from Rt. 94
  • Volunteers from VFW Post 8691 Auxiliary and the Washingtonville Events Committee will be onsite to direct you where to park
  • One parking spot will be allocated per registered vehicle, unless sponsor requests to have additional space
  • Un-registered vehicles will be turned away!
  • Vehicles must be decorated and ready to hand out candy/treats no later than 10:45am
  • Sensory Friendly time will take place between 10:45-11:30am. Please make sure all music, sounds, lights, etc. are turned off during this time. 
  • Only pre-packaged candy or treats are approved to be handed out
  • You must provide your own candy or treats - we recommend having enough for at least 1,000 trick-or-treaters
  • In the event you run out of candy, we will have volunteer "Candy Runners" checking to help replenish
  • Outlets and generators are not available
  • Make sure you have bags to dispose of any garbage; nothing should be left behind after the event
  • All vehicles must remain parked and stay until the event is over and crowd has cleared. This is a safety issue. We are anticipating this timeframe to be from 2:30-3:00pm.

You must complete this form in its entirety and pay the registration fee in order to be confirmed for this event.
