Facilitator Expectations:

Praying daily for your Group: Prayer is our sauce! We expect you to be praying for your group members daily.

E.S.P.N: This stands for Encourage, Scripture, Prayer, and Next Steps. Always be sure to do this every time your group meets. Our TalkNotes also follow this method.

Take attendance weekly: It is important that you are inputting your attendance weekly through GroupVitals. This will allow us to make data-driven decisions to better improve the Belong Groups ministry.

Communicating with your Captain: Your Captain is your number one supporter during the semester. Be responsive to them reaching out to you, and always go to them first with your questions. **Note: A Captain is assigned at the start of every new semester**

Empower Future Facilitators: We have a Core Leadership Trait of multiplication and a core behavior of empowerment! This means that great leaders create great leaders. As the Facilitator, you should identify people in your group who would make a great Facilitator the next semester. Start coaching them up this semester and give them leadership opportunities to start growing and preparing now!

Time Commitment: Our semesters range between 10-12 weeks depending on the time of year. If you choose to apply this will require that you meet with your group once a week for 10-12 weeks.
