3rd Annual Grant County Rolling Stones          Rock & Mineral Tailgate Sale                        VENDOR APPLICATION                         

DATE & TIME:   Saturday, April 27, 2024 9am to 4pm

LOCATION: Parking lot across from Gough Park @ corner of Pope and 12th Streets

SETUP/BREAKDOWN: 7:30-9:00am/4:00-5:00pm

SPACE DETAILS:

*     $30 for a 10' x 10' space adjacent to your parked vehicle (non Rolling Stones member)
*     $20 for a 10' x 10' space adjacent to your parked vehicle (Rolling Stones member)
*     Tables, chairs and canopies are NOT provided--please bring your own
*     Sun canopies properly secured against the wind are encouraged

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT DETAILS:     
*     The downtown Tour of the Gila Race and the Farmers Market will also take place on April 27th so there will be lots of foot traffic in the area and visitors from out of town.
*     This event is outside in a parking lot with no access to water or electric.  Please be prepared for weather possibilities including heat, sun, wind, rain.
*     Portable bathrooms will be available in the parking lot.
*     You are expected to remain set up and open for sales from 9am to 4pm.
